A man featured in a controversial DVD says he was taken into custody in handcuffs and questioned about it. News 2 has also learned the FBI is now aware the DVD "Thuggin' it and Lovin' it" is circulating the streets of Baton Rouge. News 2's Chris Nakamoto spoke to the man featured in the DVD who had some harsh words for city leaders.
