The mayor of Walker can't run for reelection because he didn't watch the clock, a judge ruled Friday. Last Friday was the qualifying deadline for candidates, but Travis Clark showed up minutes late. Bobby Font, Clark's opponent, sued to have the mayor's name taken off the ballot.
