Closing arguments were delayed until Friday in the trial of admitted serial killer Sean Vincent Gillis after legal questions were raised by the defense. Judge Bonnie Jackson backed up one request made by the defense, saying the jury must be able to clearly separate whether Gillis murdered Donna Bennett Johnston or whether she died as part of a kidnapping or robbery.
