When Bill Palmer becomes the new superintendent of the Baton Rouge's BREC Park system, his new top priority will be security. Palmer is currently looking at several plans to keep park visitors safe. According to Palmer, while it is impossible to provide 24-hours-a-day security, the BREC system will do what it can to make sure the troublemakers are kept out.
