Tangipahoa Parish residents, start your engines. Racing is coming to your area. Gov. Kathleen Blanco and Tangipahoa officials announced plans Thursday to build a $100 million racing complex near Kentwood, plans that will include a one-mile oval track that can be used for stock car and Indy-style racing.
