Metro Council member Byron Sharper is making demands to look at Baton Rouge Mayor Kip Holden's daily schedule. Sharper also wants the council to have access to Holden's personal bodyguards and their records. The demands come after a flyer was sent to thousands of households last week accusing the mayor of inappropriate conduct.
