Students at an academically unacceptable Baton Rouge school will be greeted by a new teaching staff and a new game plan on the first day of class Thursday. The state gave a failing grade to the Capitol Boys and Girls Pre-College Academies last year, and the group 100 Black Men has since taken over to try and turn the school around.
