All eyes are on Gustav as the tropical storm takes aim at the Gulf of Mexico. The storm is considered a major threat to the Gulf, and the tentative forecast track has it heading in the direction of Louisiana. Baton Rouge officials are not taking any chances, and on Wednesday morning Mayor Kip Holden outlined the city's hurricane preparedness plans.
