Billions of dollars in federal money could be coming to Louisiana in the form of a water projects bill approved by the U.S. Senate Monday. The largest portion is for coastal restoration, but not all money is earmarked for the coast, as hundreds of millions of dollars are planned for the Baton Rouge area.
