A proposed bridge is causing some problems in Livingston Parish. The Blind River Properties group is proposing a new private bridge over the Amite River diversion canal, and their neighbors aren't happy. Residents who lived in the area during the 1982 flood remember the damage flood waters caused, and they want to make sure it doesn't happen again.
