Three LSU ticket takers face charges of rape after police say they assaulted a football fan following the game against Florida three weeks ago. All three men accused have criminal backgrounds, but LSU didn't know that until after they were arrested. LSU officials say ticket takers are considered transient employees, meaning they work less than 180 days a year, and aren't subject to background checks.
