Some drivers in Baton Rouge say a new law designed to keep you safer on the roads isn't enough, and that drivers should be banned from using cell phones. A law banning drivers from sending text messages while driving went into effect five months ago. News 2's Mike Steele explains why the new law is next to impossible to enforce.
