Half a dozen break-ins at a storage facility in Clinton cost taxpayers thousands of dollars, but a new surveillance system stopped one thief in his tracks. A man got into the town's maintenance storage area over the weekend, but as News 2's Chris Nakamoto reports, some quick thinking on the part of one employee put the would-be thief behind bars.
