Thousands of children in East Baton Rouge Parish will head back to classes and cafeterias on Friday. Workers were busy Thursday in kitchens across the area, taking care of all the final prep work necessary to get up and running. Starting Friday, when kids fill the cafeteria seats, they'll also fill their stomach with some healthier food choices.
